New teaching offer

In the new curriculum, modular courses have been eliminated, and the total number of courses has been streamlined. A distinctive feature is the inclusion, in the fifth year, of four 8-ECTS elective courses (classified as “related learning activities”), which students may choose freely or group into thematic learning paths. These tracks include:

  • Criminal Law

  • Civil Law

  • International Law

  • Environmental Sustainability and Territorial Development

  • Public Law

  • Business, Market, and Innovation

  • Legal Professions

  • Law and Social Transformation

Choosing a specific path allows students to enrich their degree with an Open Badge, which certifies the specific skills, knowledge, and competencies acquired. However, students remain free to select their electives independently of the proposed tracks.

The Course is structured in 28 courses (23 compulsory + 4 optional in the paths + 1 to choose); 6 CFU linguistic skills divided into 2 tranches with different cuts; 2 legal writing workshops for a total of 5 credits; 2 LADI on current affairs for a total of 7 ECTS; 8 credits for seminars and conferences of your choice; 14 CFU for the degree thesis.

The Course taught at the Avezzano location has identical contents to that taught at the Teramo location. Regarding the elective courses, students can take advantage of both those taught at the location and those taught at the Teramo location.
