We are looking for an:



Profile: Administrative assistant

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Organise, coordinate and support both internal meetings and meetings with external participants , prepare relevant materials;
  • Write, edit, proofread documents such as reports, presentations, memos, etc., representing complex issues in innovative and simple manner, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and supporting decision making;
  • Support the maintenance and management of databases;
  • Identify key internal and external stakeholders, build-up and maintain constructive relationships, provide administrative support on applications, effectively plan communications and actions ensuring a high level on engagement.
  • Initiate and follow-up financial operations and procedures in a cost-effective manner, if required.
  • Contribute to key projects with various degrees of complexity;
  • Follow-up project management phases and lifecycle;
  • Research and prepare documents for project related communications.

 

Skills and knowledge required:

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of administrative business management and project management
  • Communication principles
  • Proficiency in IT tools, standard office software and electronic management of data
  • Administrative and clerical procedures and systems

 

 

Profile: Food ingredients and packaging assistant

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Food Ingredients and Packaging Unit and in particular to the Bisphenol A (BPA) project with respect to the preparatory work leading to the development of the scientific output in 2020/early 2021;
  • Contribute to timely and effective planning to meet priorities and deadlines within the work programme of the project;
  • Contribute administratively and scientifically to internal meetings and to coordinate specific tasks/actions within the work programme of the project;
  • Contribute to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements: contribute to the effective preparation of meetings, including timely provision of background information and other relevant documents;
  • Contribute to coordinate areas of work requiring certain level of expertise and implement projects with the area of responsibility, in particular for the management of the Software providing full support in the management of the tool with experts;
  • Liaise with other units to ensure that the work programme is performed as planned;
  • Provide support in the implementation of specific procedures in the respective area.

 

Skills and knowledge required:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
  • Bachelor degree in science or related areas;
  • 6 months of relevant working experience;
  • Past working experience in areas related to chemistry, food safety, food chemistry and technology;
  • Knowledge of EU regulations and/or procedures applicable to the evaluation of Food Contact Materials is to be considered an asset;
  • Working with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results, good level of autonomy.

 

 

Profile: Animal feed research scientist

 

Job responsibilities:

  • support the drafting of scientific opinions by extracting data from dossiers
  • draft clear, concise and structured scientific reports using appropriate scientific terminology
  • perform literature reviews
  • search databases, understand and interpret scientific reports in order to compile evidence (data and information)
  • project management of FEED-specific training procurement
  • monitor project progress and results according to the work plan
  • check opinions for confidential data and follow up with applicants
  • support the publication process: interact with Journal team and Wiley, republish opinions for which EC provided a decision on the confidential data

 

Skills and knowledge required:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
  • Master's degree in life sciences;
  • 3 years of relevant working experience;
  • Experience in writing scientific documents, as well as in extracting and analysing scientific data, preferably in relation to animal experiments and/or microbiology
  • Working with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results, good level of autonomy.

 

Profilo: Impiegato commerciale

Laurea in lingue o affini. Fondamentale la  fluente conoscenza lingua inglese e se possibile conoscenza anche di una seconda lingua. Ottime capacità comunicative e problem solving

 

Profilo: Marketing

Laurea in discipline economiche con indirizzo mark, scienze della comunicazione ed affini. Conoscenza del web mark e mark digitale, proattività e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi. Buona conoscenza lingua inglese 

 

Profilo: Impiegato contabile presso studi di commercialisti o affini

Laurea in economia e commercio o affini. Tenuta libri contabili, conoscenza delle normative, ottimo utilizzo pc ed excel. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

 

Profilo: Impiegato amministrativo

Laurea in discipline economiche/ giuridiche. Gestione scadenze interne e scadenze fornitori, amministrazione del personale e adempimenti. Capacità di relazionarsi con gli enti di competenza.
