Curriculum accademico
L'attività di ricerca del dott. Chiarini, documentata da 59 pubblicazioni a stampa su riviste internazionali con Impact Fattor e dalla presentazione di più di 70 comunicazioni a congressi scientifici nazionali ed internazionali, è focalizzata sullo studio dei sistemi supramolecolari, e segue sostanzialmente due linee complementari. Da una parte lo studio delle interazioni deboli di superficie tra aggregati supramolecolari e composti organici ed inorganici con tecniche spettroscopiche, studio volto allo sviluppo di una più profonda comprensione del bilancio delle forze che controllano la struttura e la composizione di sistemi aggregati come micelle, microemulsioni, vescicole e membrane biologiche, e dall'altra le applicazioni pratiche che questi sistemi possono avere sia nell'ambito della sintesi organica che in quello delle scienze degli alimenti.
