Al "Research day 2025" di Medicina Veterinaria, il prof. de Bruin dell'Università di Utrecht

Lunedì 31 marzo 2025 - presso il Campus "R. Bortolami" - si terrà un'iniziativa dedicata alla ricerca scientifica organizzata dal Dipartimento di Medicina Veterinaria.  L'evento è dedicato a tutto il personale del Dipartimento coinvolto nella ricerca ed è articolato in due momenti - un talk e un workshop - entrambi tenuti dal Prof Alain de Bruin, full professor presso l'Università di Utrecht e capo del Dipartimento di Biomolecular Health Sciences della Facoltà di Medicina Veterinaria.

Il workshop è dedicato in particolare a giovani ricercatori, assistant professor e associate professor.

Expert dialogue "How do I turn a group of individuals into a group?"

A group is more than just a bunch of disparate employees thrown together. How do you ensure that they communicate not only with you and through you, but also with each other? How do you ensure that their ideas cross-pollinate? And how do you make them one team pulling together, whilst still doing full justice to everyone as an individual and all their different projects?
