Biochemistry of Protein-Protein and Protein-Lipid Interactions: applications to biotechnology

This meeting is aimed to present the formative curriculum in Biotechnology at the University of Teramo and to disseminate the biotechnological applications of the results mainly derived from the Italian groups belonging to two different BioStruct X-BAG projects that two members of the scientific committee coordinated from 2014 to 2015 under the EU Framework Programme (FP7). These two projects were entitled “Protein-protein and protein-lipid interactions: structural triggering of cellular functions” and “A new player in the modulation of protein function: the biological membranes”. In addition to these contributions, this meeting will be further enriched by those of other national and international groups, that are widely recognized as leading experts in this scientific area.
