The Staff Exchanges action (formerly RISE under Horizon 2020) aims to foster international and cross-sector cooperation via personnel exchanges between research institutions, universities, and non-academic organizations, both in Europe and globally.
These exchanges are intended to reinforce the sharing of knowledge, skills, and best practices, promoting an increasingly integrated and collaborative culture in research and innovation, and to generate a concrete impact on the development of lasting networks between academia and industry.
