Pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 5 of DPCM 159/2013, it is not possible to calculate the ISEE for University purposes in the absence of income earned and assets held in Italy. The University of Teramo provides that the following categories of students shall be subject to the comprehensive contribution (COA) determined based on the group classification of their country of citizenship, as indicated in the following table:

The indicated amounts must be increased by the regional tax (€140) and the stamp duty (€16), both of which are to be paid with the first installment.
If the student submits a valid ISEE-U (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator for university financial aid), the tuition fees will be calculated solely based on the value resulting from it, and the fixed-rate contribution will not apply.
Students with political refugee status and/or subsidiary protection are exempt from paying the comprehensive contribution (COA), in accordance with the resolution of the Academic Senate and the Board of Directors dated June 29, 2016.
Please, note that, in order to obtain a student visa, foreign students must demonstrate that they have sufficient financial means to support
themselves during their stay (INPS Circular No. 8 of January 17, 2017).
